Stage 1

We complete a discovery to configure the system and map everything out for when our team arrive on site.

Stage 2

Once we’re on site we make sure everyone is familiar with the system and training starts straight away. 

The system starts populating and all integrations are tested.

Stage 3

Information starts appearing on The Kitchen Management System and the handover to our Operational Support team is completed.

Stage 4

We don’t just leave you to manage the system independently. We provide ongoing operational support as and when it’s required. 

If an issue is business impacting, we’re there to make sure it’s resolved as quickly as possible.
