Another month, another fantastic integration!

We’re thrilled to announce Centegra Plus is now fully integrated with SPARKd Eat, the food and beverage digital product created by SSA Group. It includes the menu management feature, sales and advanced kitchen orders along with customer notifications.

We’re proud to work closely with our digital partners, putting innovation at the heart of the Centegra Plus. We continuously strive to enhance the solution for our clients, promoting efficient ways of working with multiple digital partners through a centralised enterprise platform.

Venues across the USA, which include attractions, parks, sporting arenas, zoos, museums and aquariums using SPARKd Eat’s remote ordering platform can now centrally manage products, pricing and menus in one place giving head office total control over a network of stores in multiple venues. Centegra Plus significantly reduces the workload by simplifying and automating processes for businesses when managing sales channels, inventory and revenue streams. The menu management feature eliminates the requirement to manage multiple menus in multiple third-party applications.


The solution supports menus shared between venues, but still allows localised product names and variances to reflect the venue, manages menu graphics, includes menu and allows advance scheduling of menu updates. The menus are automatically published to SPARKd Eat in conjunction with other third-party sales channels. The solution provides one common truth for menus, reduces labor and adds enterprise control.

Centegra Plus consolidates SPARKd Eat orders into the kitchen production systems along with all other sales channels. SPARKd Eat is able to feedback order status to their app users to enhance the customer’s digital experience. Working together, we ensure the needs of SSA Partner’s are met and they’re able to fully benefit from Centegra Plus and SPARKd Eat as a seamless and consolidated solution that not only benefits the kitchen but also optimises the guest experience.
