The history

Coco Di Mama is the go to food brand for fresh, fast and Italian inspired pasta. For the past 10 years, the company has expanded and grown to be able to deliver products to customers across the UK.

The business has been built on the strength of the brand and has a network of store operations delivering to a wider customer base.

We’ve been working with Coco Di Mama since the beginning and have a long standing relationship with them enabling us to work closely with the team to understand what they need from Centegra Plus and how we can best serve their needs now and in the future.

The Process

 Centegra supplied Coco Di Mama with the till systems, but as the business grew, more functionality was required from our software solution, Centegra Plus. This enabled them to start managing multiple sales channels by having access to data around kiosk ordering, click and collect, in store sales and delivery partners, Deliveroo and Uber Eats.

Centegra Plus provides the business with the ability to manage their delivery partners, to have effective communication from point of sale to the kitchen management system and to also manage cash flow.

The Result

 Over the past two years, change in the consumer market has accelerated and having a flexible software solution that can adapt and be tailored to the business requirements has allowed Coco Di Mama to incorporate those changing needs into their back of house systems.

Being able to drill down data to access reports that show like for like sales across each store and also the entire store operations has been invaluable.

Having the seamless consolidation of sales channel data and revenue management has increased the responsiveness and dynamism of the business operations and as the business looks to further growth opportunities, we look forward to the Centegra Plus platform continuing to be an integral part of Coco Di Mama.
