The history

Simple Health Kitchen makes healthy food simple, beautiful and inspirational, changing people’s perception that healthy food is dull, boring and tasteless.

Established in 2015, the business has gone from strength to strength, with six stores operating in London and another three that are soon to be added to the portfolio.

Creating a variety of dishes that inspire people to eat healthily and experience the authentic taste of natural ingredients has become a lifestyle choice and not just a concept.


The Process

 
For over four years we’ve worked with the team at Simple Health Kitchen to create a fully consolidated platform that was able to automate, integrate and consolidate a number of processes.

The solution brings NCR, stock and revenue management together in a cloud based solution, eliminating the need for an on site server, which is able to grow as the business expands. All sites use the same suppliers but as recipes change products need to altered too.

Integrating this through the platform means ingredients can easily be altered and changed through Centegra Plus, from any device and across all sites.

Integrating revenue management allows the business to track cash from the point of sale to the bank and has become another critical element of the platform that the business uses.

Whatever challenges the business has faced, the operational support team has been there to answer any questions and to resolve issues usually within an hour or a few hours at the most. Being able to provide operational support has been vital to the success of the solution, ensuring the platform is tailored to meet specific needs.

The Result

As Simple Health Kitchen looks to open three new stores, the business is in a strong position to use this fully integrated solution to continually provide snapshots and in depth analysis of the business operations. The stock and revenue management tools are strong aspects of the entire solution and makes the day to day management of each store simple, transparent and efficient.
