This month we’re delighted to welcome Borja to Centegra as a member of the Managed Services team.
Borja is well accustomed to Centegra, having worked for our client Chilango for the past 8 years managing the rollout of NCR Silver across its stores.
Borja’s story is one of success as he initially started out as a crew member for Chilango and from there he moved through the ranks to become a Restaurant Manager and open the new site in Manchester. He then moved to the role of IT Project Manager and Data Analytics, focusing on projects around store and kiosk set ups and also migrating stores over to NCR Silver, including setting up the inventory system across the business.
We’ve always had a good relationship with Borja and have worked closely with him on these projects, so when the pandemic hit, and his role was no longer required, we started the discussions to welcome him into the Centegra family.

Borja’s role in the Managed Services team includes the management of menu changes, inventory adaptations and delivering anything that a client requires and we’re looking forward to all the expertise he’s bringing to the role.
