Integrated Guest Charging

We’re proud to introduce integrated guest charging, because Centegra Plus is always evolving and adapting to the market.

This new feature is not only simple, innovative, and integrated, but it’s an integral part of the Centegra Plus platform and is available to all integrated digital sales channels and POS.

The solution allows guests to pay via many ways of identification including QR Codes, barcodes, swiping or through manual means. Integration to 3rd party accounts such as room or account charging can also be considered options for the guest charging feature.

Guests arriving at a venue receive pre-printed wristbands which they can register through an online portal for personal use or to share with family and friends. The wristbands are linked to a credit or debit card and once registered can be as a form of payment at the POS and other sales channels.

Whether your guests are relaxing by the pool, enjoying a few drinks in the hotel bar, or are taking advantage of a wide range of facilities at the venue they’re visiting, integrated guest charging makes it a seamless and hassle-free experience for them. It allows guests to use facilities where cash or carrying cards would be difficult, and it means venues can go totally cash free.

A unique feature of this solution is that the wristbands can be mass produced based on an algorithm and handed out freely. The guest does the registration and has total control over the linked payments via a portal, whereby they can cancel and replace the wristbands if lost. The venue can configure automated processes that disable or limit the time frame of usage and sales channels validate via the Centegra API. When combined these features offer security, traceability and eliminates the administration requirements of manging large volumes of guests and wristbands.
